I’m sending you this email because I figured you could forward to the ‘powers that be’. I had brought in my roommate's Cobalt for service about two weeks ago. Prior to bringing in the car I spoke to Susan Ellis (?) on the phone, and also to you via email. I just want to pass on that I was very pleasantly surprised with the help I received both from you via the ‘net and from Susan when I got to your dealership to drop off the vehicle. I also had the same experience when I came to pick up the car! Susan called me the day the car was worked on and explained everything to. She was very professional, very nice and very efficient. Just wanted to pass this on, as I said previously.
